ZOE, meaning “abundance of life” in Ancient Greek, is a cozy and tranquil home-based studio located in the Hampton Terrace Historic District of Old Seminole Heights. Everyone who enters is warmly welcomed. No matter your life stage, experience level, spiritual and physical goals, you will find care for your unique individual needs. ZOE Yoga Lifestyle’s purpose is to empower and enhance the lives of others through yoga, mindful living methods, and community.
The ZOE approach is unique because it adapts the yoga postures to fit each student’s specific needs, creating an improved, structurally balanced body, which can eliminate pain, prevent injury, and ward off degeneration over a lifetime. Private sessions and classes are designed to ensure that students have individualized attention while learning about how to improve their own unique physical architecture. Everybody has its own imbalances and asymmetries, which will endure until proper muscle re-education occurs. This movement re-education is at the heart of the ZOE philosophy.
Whether coming to ZOE to begin the way out of physical pain through private one on one coaching, or intimate group classes and workshops, we look forward to being an instrumental part of your journey. Dina is humbled to share her knowledge of, and passion for, the art and science of Iyengar yoga, allowing each person to move freely and live fully.
Further, the ZOE center serves as a serene destination, easily accessible to all of Tampa. Upon your arrival, you will discover amenities such as ample parking, alkaline water, Young Living organic essential oils, and all Iyengar props necessary to an ever-evolving and inspired Iygengar yoga practice.
