There are so many ways to detox gently in the Holistic world.  I am very thankful to my mentors, like my holistic doctor, one of the best in the world, who has taught me many ancient recipes for health, as well as many other people that I follow online. This recipe is actually a combination of many different soaks that I do, and decided why not do them all in one!

Just 3 Simple Ingredients: Bentonite Clay, Epson Salts and Essential Oils

The main ingredients we are using is Bentonite clay, which can pull out radiation, and detoxes the organs. The second ingredient we’re using is Epson salts, which is great to relax, the muscles and joints, relieve aches and pains, and also acts as a gentle laxative. The third ingredient used to add some essential oils if you wish, or you could leave this part out. I recommended Young Living Essential Oils for their purity and potency, but can use anything you have. If you want to relax, use lavender, if you want more joint and muscle lake, relaxation, you could use peppermint, or any other oil that you really love and enjoy. Here is the recipe:

  • 2 cups of Epson salts
  • 1/2 cup of Bentonite clay
  • 3 to 5 drops of essential oils

Give it a little swish with your hand around and sit and enjoy for 30 minutes. Try to get the whole body immersed, it is important to understand that this is a detox bath, and you may feel symptoms immediately or after such as tiredness and fatigue. This is a good thing! It means you are detoxing!
