What is the SQUARE 1 System™ of Neurological Organization?
The SQUARE 1 System™ is a framework of neurological organization used to interview the nervous system. The muscle and joint testing helps find out what is triggering unstable joint action responses to organize and optimize human movement at the foundation of motor skills, motor control and motor patterns.
What is Iyengar Yoga?
Named after and developed by B. K. S. Iyengar, Iyengar yoga is a form of yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of yoga postures (asanas).
The style makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets to enable all to practice correctly and safety, including those with physical limitations.
There are many benefits of Iyengar Yoga including building strength, increasing flexibility, improving posture, reducing anxiety, fatigue and chronic pain, as well as lowering blood pressure.

About Private Sessions
Private sessions, deal primarily with problem areas in the body which need special attention. These problems could be due to pain or discomfort in various muscle sets as a result of traumatic injury or asymmetries in the body, scoliosis, weaknesses in the internal organs resulting in problems with the circulatory and digestive systems, or weaknesses in the nervous system leading to depression, anxiety and tension.
The first private session is structured with an assessment determining where the weakest link is in movement patterns.
No major issue must be present to book a private session, all people can benefit from Neurological Organization and Iygengar Yoga to prevent injuries, increase athleticism, and for overall wellness.
Each session is uniquely tailored to the individual. All ages can benefit as long as they can understand muscle testing.
We recommend you do your session and decide after if you would like to pay for a single session or a package. Dina understands it takes time to clear compensations and heal. One session is a good start, but five sessions are recommended for those with no pain or acute pain. Ten sessions or more is recommended for those with chronic pain and long standing issues.
