Light on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
Pantajali wrote this collection of Yoga wisdom over 2,000 years ago. They are among the oldest and most revered yoga teachings. B.K.S. Iyengar’s commentary and translation on ancient yoga sutras has been described as the “bible” of yoga.
