Book Recommendations

Light on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

Pantajali wrote this collection of Yoga wisdom over 2,000 years ago. They are among the oldest and most revered yoga teachings. B.K.S. Iyengar’s commentary and translation on ancient yoga sutras has been described as the “bible” of yoga.

Yoga in Action: Preliminary Course Book 

Written by Geeta S. Iyengar, B.K.S. Iyengar’s oldest daughter, Yoga In Action is the primary asanas and pranayama based off the teachings at Ramanani Iyengar Memorial Institute.
