Yoga Nidra Classes

Yoga Nidra is also known as Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR)

  • Experience deeper levels of inner relaxation than you ever imagined possible.

Join Us on Thursdays from 7:00 – 8:30 PM in Seminole Heights.

No preregistration is required!  Just show up in comfy clothes to rest. You are welcome to come in pajamas, bring your favorite blanket and pillow, however all props are provided.

We offer organic essential oils, lavender eye pillows, and Kangen alkaline water, lot of candles and secure safe container to allow you to explore the inner being.

$25 per class or use a class package.

Class packages can be used for Nidra Yoga, as well as Tai Chi and Iyengar Yoga. The classes in your package are also transferable to family and friends.
