YOGA STUDY IN TAMPA | ZOE YOGA LIFESTYLE CLASSES
The Sanskrit word for self-study is svadyaya. Svadhyaya is a Niyama (virtuous observance) connoting introspection and “study of self”. Yoga is a path to know thyself inside and out. We begin with the body as it is the most tangible and accessible form to study. As we learn to understand how we move, versus healthy movement, we begin to see that changes can be made that will have an effect on the body, mind, and soul. The Godfather of yoga in the west and father of Iyengar Yoga says it perfectly.
“Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.”
ZOE Yoga Lifestyle offers a number of classes designed for practitioners of all levels.
When you have selected a class that suits your needs, you can sign up online by visiting our Class Schedule page.
